What is important to you is important to me--My Client-First Philosophy

I began my career in real estate only 3 years ago in 2005 after over 15 years in the pharmaceutical research industry. I had reached a milestone in my life and I knew there had to be a more fulfilling way to support my family. A safe and comfortable home has always been very important to me and I had often dreamed of being able to help others buy and sell homes of their own. It was a little scary to think of leaving a job with security to join the real estate industry but I decided to make the change after giving it a lot of thought, research and preparation--skills that are important in my new career as well. The change has been the best thing that has happened to me-I was chosen as "Rookie of the Year" for Coldwell Banker Flanagan Realty for 2005 and I was awarded both the "Most Buyer Controlled Sales" and the "Circle of Excellence Award" for 2006.

 

There are other qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

 

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional in Monmouth/Ocean Counties, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about empathy for your position and putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

 

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do tasks I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
