Despite what you have probably heard from the media,  2007 was a wonderful year for real estate. I was able to help 17 families buy and or sell their homes over the past year and I am hoping for increased activity (and contracts!) for the homes I currently have listed  (see Listings tab). Since the first of the year we have seen a substantial increase in activity at our office--our listings are getting more showings and all our Open Houses have been well attended. Those are very positive signs and somewhat contradictory to what the media is reporting.  Please read my blog for more details of the past year in real estate in Monmouth and Ocean counties.
